Personal Training Packages

Are you ready to begin an exercise program, looking for private, individualized instruction? Personal training sessions would be the perfect place to begin.
I offer a combination of resistance, cardio, circuit training, balance and flexibility workouts to challenge and push your body,while teaching you how to exercise properly and maintain a healthy lifestyle. All designed based on your current level of fitness.

Personal Training days and times to be set up on an individual basis.
v  Individualized workout sessions (1 hour per session)
v  Customized exercise program
v  Individual daily caloric intake, master food list & journaling
v  Accountability, motivation & goal setting
v   Body composition testing  
        blood pressure reading. 
v  Target heart rate


Choose from the following  Packages
            PACKAGE A- 6 Sessions = $150
Package B-10 sessions= $250
Package C- 15 sessions = $375
Package D-20 sessions= $500 
Package E-25 sessions=$625
There is no penalty if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance for personal training. Please call to cancel your appointment. Failure to show up to a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session. Make up for a missed session(s) must be completed by the end of your chosen package.
