5k Learn to Run Fall Classes

This six week class is designed to prepare you to run or walk a 5K (3.1 miles) in a group atmosphere full of fun and encouragement. We will focus on cardiovascular conditioning, proper form, cross training, injury prevention, stretching and nutrition for runners and walkers. No experience necessary to join this class.
Note: Wear light and comfortable clothes and running shoes. Please bring 1-2 bottles of water with you.
