Group Fitness Training

This is a fun, energetic and fast moving class! Using a combination of cardio, strength & core training, agility, balance and flexibility! Always changing to push  and challenge your muscles and keep you from hitting a plateau or getting bored with your workouts. The group environment is great for encouragement, fun, commitment, individualized training and accountability.Wear comfortable workout clothes and running shoes.Bring a water bottle to class. All ages 18+ and ability levels are welcome!

Winter/SpringOutdoor Group Fitness Training


Classes will be held on Tue/Thur mornings at 10:00 am.  we will meet at a local park
 Cost per session- $50 due on the first day. $8 drop in fee.
Pay Ahead- pay in advance ( non-refundable) for all 3 sessions and save 10% off your total or Bring a friend that signs up for at least one session and save 10%.
